About Country Director

The “Year Of Return” in 2019 has since made Ghana a destination for most diasporans to unwind especially in the month of December. Per the assessment we made and few conversations held with diasporans who are mostly from USA and Europe, we came to the understanding that most people will love to establish in the motherland and give back to help in developing the underserved communities. Their major challenge being the fact that they can’t move totally to Ghana to settle and the fact that they do not know any credible organisation in Ghana that could manage their charitable activities, encouraged us to address this problem. As Code57 is already widely known for the systems it has in place for raising young leaders to address developmental issues in Ghana, and having had successful collaborations with organisations mainly in USA. we believe this Model we have implemented will better serve any other organisation that has interest in embarking on humanitarian projects in any part of Ghana.

Introduction: Both parties (ie. Code57 and your organisation) schedule a debut meeting for introduction purposes. At this stage we enquire to know what project specifically you wish to embark on and also the budget you have allocated for it.
Feasibility Study: We take time to investigate, scrutinize, and assess whether the proposed project is likely to succeed or point out all hurdles that may pose threat to its success.
Feedback Meeting: We meet up with you (client) to give you feedback on our findings and how budget will be disbursed putting into consideration our compensation fee.
Signing Agreement: Once everything discussed pleases each party, we proceed to signing an agreement to make it legally binding.
Introducing Team: The volunteers for your project would be introduced to you in a virtual meeting where we also have a moment to speak briefly about the vision and the project to motivate them.
Funding and Execution: Once funds are sent, procurement and logistics activities will commence towards a fruitful execution of the project.
