CODE NATION 1957

The Voice of The Youth

11 Years of experience

Message from the Founder

The real birthing place of purpose is pain, and as youths, we experience pain daily due to our circumstances and the systems that seem to oppress us. This pain can leave us feeling defeated, capturing our future the moment we decide to remain silent.
Our national systems—welfare, health, education, housing—have failed the most vulnerable people, trapping them in persistent cycles that define their futures and limit their life chances. In response to this, Code57 represents a system and a revolution for the people of Ghana.
I returned to Ghana December 2018 for the first time since I left at the age of one to establish the vision of Code57 . I finally manage to establish Code57 13th July 2019 . Since then, we’ve grown to become one of the largest NGOs in Ghana, working to provide housing, education, healthcare, youth and family support, and countless other community-building initiatives across the country.
We must learn to positively channel our pain towards the betterment of our future, rather than using it as an excuse to complain and be ineffective. Don’t let your personal battles distract you from fighting bigger ones. Our determination today as youth will lead to the success of seeing a better system and future.
We serve our nation not because we have it all, but simply because it is the right thing to do for humanity. Our hearts are filled with love, and our voices serve as hope for generations. It is with great joy that I write to generations of fighters for Ghana and Africa, and I want to thank the family of Code57 for maintaining their fight in building a better system for generations.
Ghana is a nation populated by young people with the ability to create the future they desire. Such great minds must unite to build platforms and opportunities to exercise their leadership skills—this is what Code57 stands for. We must be proud sons and daughters of the land, ready not only to embrace change but to actively fight for its establishment. You are a nation builder, and you are never too young or too old for nation-building. We may have different professions, but what unites us is nation-building because we care about our motherland, Ghana.
I have no doubt that as you join us in this journey, you will become great agents of change and national assets in nation-building. As the founder of this prestigious family, I hereby welcome you and wish you all the best in this assignment as we journey together.
